05-31-2017-Wintun Ridge

No current info for this route at this time and this route is not climbed often. All the ridge routes are snow covered on Mt Shasta currently. The snow may be thin due to wind scouring and one may still encouter some scree and boulders and is not very fun or safe climbing endevour.  Otherwise, ridges can be slick and icy. Solid ice axe and crampon skills are strongly advised. Give us a call if you have specific questions. If you choose to climb this route, send us your report and pictures!
