General Conditions

Trailhead Access Update as of June 1st, 2019

Clear Creek Trailhead - 2.9 road miles to trailhead. You can drive .1 miles past where the FS 31 road intersects the Clear Creek Road. An un-passable snow berm exists (photo below).

Brewer Creek  Trailhead- 5.9 miles to trailhead. You can drive .1 miles up the 42N02 road, off the FS 19 (Military Pass Rd). An un-passable snow berm exists (photo below)

Miliary Pass - Unknown if you can get through from highway 89 to 97, or visa versa.. Will check soon.

 Northgate Trailhead: OPEN and driveable to trailhead. High clearance recommended. A few snow drifts just shy of trailhead that are passable. Summit passes, wilderness permits and human waste packout bags are available at the TH. Snow is encountered soon after hiking. Soft, punchy snow was encountered up to 10k feet two days ago.
