SKY: Broken, foggy, low visibility, flat light at times - clear in the morning and around 1:30 pm
PRECIP: None
BLOWING SNOW: No, however snow transport was observed on higher elevation ridgelines during morning hours
Air Temp: 24 deg F - 8,000 feet
Wind: Calm to light winds out of the west
Red Flags: No obvious signs of instability
